THERAPIES

Bach Flower Remedies are dilutions of flowers material developed by Dr Edward Bach an English physician and homeopath, in the 1930s. The remedies are used primarily for emotional and spiritual conditions, including but not limited to depression, anxiety, impatience and stress.

The remedies contain a very small amount of flower material in a solution of water and alcohol (mainly Brandy).  They do not have a characteristic scent or taste of the plant.
Each remedy is used alone or in conjunction with up to five other remedies, and each flower is believed by advocates to impart specific qualities to the remedy. Bach flower remedies are also used on pets domestic animals and plants. Remedies are usually taken orally 4 crops 4 times a day or more frequently as needed.

"I have studied the remedies extensively over the past 20 years. Have participated in the first teacher/practitioner training in the USA and have deep gratitude to Dr. Bach for developing and giving these flowers to the world.  Many patients had significant improvement using the flowers in their journey to health." - Lesley Migdali

The most well known flower remedy is the Rescue Remedy combination. The product is aimed at treating emergencies, stress, anxiety, and panic attacks I have successfully prescribed RR for fear of flying, after an accident, graduation, exam or any other stressful event. It has no side effects and works instantly.
Dr. Bach understood that dew collected from the flowers of plants contains the properties of the plant. He begun picking flowers and steeping them in a bowl of water under sunlight in clear days only. The liquid collected is called the MOTHER TINCTURE and it is diluted and combined with brandy, prior to it’s use.

As Dr. Bach was a practical man that advocated simplicity and accessibility of medicine to all, he advocated this method of obtaining the healing powers of the flowers. He saw the 4 elements of creation used in this method. The Sun or Fire give the tincture it power, The Earth, it’s nourishment. The Wind it’s beauty and the means to procreate, and the water the medium to extract and absorb its healing energy.
